Data we collect

Manara collects the following information when you use the service:

• Email address — collected via Clerk for authentication and email digest delivery.
• Organisation name and identifier — used to scope your data and tender feed.
• Profile data — keywords, procurement categories, and regions you configure to rank tenders.
• Bid pipeline data — tenders you track, their status, notes, and internal deadlines.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Rank and filter public tenders from marchespublics.gov.ma against your profile.
• Send weekly email digests of high-fit tenders to your notify address.
• Send per-bid deadline reminder emails when configured.

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it to train AI models.

Data retention

Your profile and bid data are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data — including profile keywords, categories, bid records, and email address — is permanently deleted from our systems.

Third-party services

Manara uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Clerk — authentication provider (clerk.com)
• Neon — Postgres database hosting (neon.tech)
• Vercel — web hosting (vercel.com)
• Railway — API hosting (railway.app)

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that all your personal data be deleted. You can delete your profile directly from the dashboard settings, or contact us by email.
• Correction — update your profile information directly from the dashboard settings at any time.
