Manara is a public procurement intelligence platform that aggregates tender listings from marchespublics.gov.ma and ranks them against user-defined profiles. The service includes a ranked tender feed, a bid pipeline tracker, email digests, and deadline reminders.

Tender data is sourced from marchespublics.gov.ma, Morocco's official public procurement portal. Manara does not modify tender content. Accuracy depends on the source portal; always verify details directly on marchespublics.gov.ma before acting on them.
Manara is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or availability. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA). Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may interrupt access without prior notice.
Manara is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations that the service will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Bid decisions, deadlines, and submissions remain the sole responsibility of the user. Do not rely solely on Manara for deadline-critical information.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of Manara shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Manara after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
